Refrigerator Oatmeal - Breakfast

here's the formula:

Headings:

Include oats, drain, yogurt, and chia seeds to bump, alongside wanted sweeteners or flavors

Put a cover on the container and shake to join.

Include SPECIAL INGREDIENTS and blend tenderly until consolidated.

Place in refrigerator overnight and up to 2 days

MANGO ALMOND

1/4 glass uncooked antiquated moved oats

1/3 glass skim drain

1/4 glass low-fat Greek yogurt

1-1/2 teaspoons dried chia seeds

1/8 teaspoon almond separate

Uncommon fixing

1 teaspoon nectar, discretionary (or substitute any favored sweetener)
